Negotiated rate for Lap Band surgery.? - indiana insurance rate
I can not tell my insurance negotiated rate for the Lap-Band surgery. When I asked told me it was not "privileged" to this information.
I got the approval before the procedure. My insurance is Siho and I'm done with the surgery at St. Vincent Caramel, Indiana.
